Primary Jurisdiction: Subject to applicable mandatory local consumer protection laws, any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Legal Notice or the use of the Platform shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Stockholm (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance.
